Updates

21/07/2020 – Update – The expiry date for the G-Cloud 11 framework will be 18 December 2020.

G-Cloud 12 will go live on 28 September 2020. Any buyers half way through a procurement will have until 18 December 2020 to complete. Please note that no new procurements / searches can start after 27 September 2020.

27/03/2020 – Update – Due to the current coronavirus COVID-19 outbreak, we are calling on Regulation 72 to extend this agreement for up to 9 months from the original end date of 1 July 2020. This will relieve pressure on the supply chain while short staffed, to help businesses to continue to deliver services and goods to customers. We intend to deliver replacement agreements as quickly as possible after the initial COVID-19 impact.

Description

G-Cloud 11 allows UK public sector bodies to choose and buy cloud computing services.

The agreement runs for 12 months. We may extend the agreement up to a maximum of 12 months from when the initial agreement is due to end.

Any call-off will have an initial maximum duration of 24 months. You are allowed two extension options of up to 12 months each and must specify this in the initial contract terms.

The total call-off time should not be for more than 48 months (4 years). This includes the initial call-off duration plus the two extension options.

Certain restrictions apply to central government contract extensions.
