Description

This agreement offers professional advice on a range of corporate finance matters from long term policy planning to shorter term response to external events.

The agreement replaces two previous agreements: HM Treasury Corporate Financial Advice and ConsultancyONE.

It’s scope is expanded to better meet the needs of the public sector. CCS also provides a management consultancy framework that may be a better fit for specific requirements.

Use the management consultancy framework if: Use the corporate finance services framework if:
  • duration is less than 3 weeks
  • duration is more than 3 weeks
  • you have simple/operational needs
  •  you have complex/strategic needs
  • you want pricing based on T&M
  • you want pricing based on monthly fixed fee
  • you don’t need access to banking suppliers
  • you want access to banking suppliers
  • you don’t need T&Cs specific to the finance services framework
  • you want T&Cs specific to the finance services framework

Identify the lot and the suppliers that meet your requirement. Run a further competition to invite them to tender. There’s more detail in the user guidance. See the attached documents.
