How to make a complaint

What happens next?

Once you have submitted a complaints form, your case will be assigned to a complaint lead in the Customer Service Centre. You will receive a confirmation email to let you know your case reference number, approximate timeline for your complaint to be investigated and next steps.

If more action is needed your complaint lead will update you on the progress of your complaint throughout to manage your expectation, until we reach a resolution.
