Description
This agreement enables you to:
- Reduce property costs by identifying savings and opportunities to generate income from land and buildings
- Release unwanted property assets
- Meet targets for reduced property occupancy
- Commission reports to assist in managing your estate
- Procure resources and guidance to manage and provide assurance on the management of your estate
- Procure services for facilities management
- Access specialist advice and management for new or existing vertical real estate (VRE)
- Adopt lean processes
- Deliver social value.
The framework offers a mix of 33 national suppliers and local expertise. 35% of suppliers are SMEs.
The services are designed for central government departments, devolved administrations and the wider public sector.
Benefits

- Direct Award Capability of up to £50,000
- Maximum standard rates are fixed for the first two years of the framework and may be reduced further by suppliers
- Delivering savings is embedded in the pricing models through competitive rates and continuous improvement measures
- Advice and support provided by CCS where required
- Some services are incentivised by the level of savings or additional income achieved
- The call off contract at further competition can be tailored to your needs by adding specific KPIs, such as social values, security and insurance
- CCS works with a customer user group throughout the framework to improve service, share best practice, and incorporate new developments and regulatory requirements.

How to buy
You can buy through further competition or direct award up to £50,000. Further competition allows you to define terms such as service credits, KPIs, security, insurance, and social values.
The further competition process can take around 6 weeks, depending on the size and scale of the requirement. You then use the CCS’ standard call off form.
If you would like to use this agreement, you will need to complete complete a Customer User Agreement Form found on the documents page. You will be provided with a unique customer reference to be included on your documents.
